Guests can expect some temporary changes to the property to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 to keep our guests and staff healthy/safe. Below is some key information to help you plan your return:

 UPON ARRIVAL

  • We will maintain a limited head-count upon initial open
  • Throughout the resort – Sanitation stations will be maintained for guest use and will be made available at every workstation
  • Slot team and EVS teams will wipe down machines as people leave them and help to ensure proper space between games
  • Plastic barriers are installed at cashier stations throughout the resort to reduce exposure
  • Our HVAC units have been upgraded with HEPA virus blocking filters that are continuously monitored and replaced
  • Gloves will be worn by all team members during cleaning and transactions with customers with the exception of table games as this will interrupt gameplay
  • High touch surface areas are cleaned often to include gaming machines buttons and hourly cleanings of the facility
  • Intensive cleaning to take place each night during closed hours

LITTLE CREEK CASINO RESORT

  • Guests will enter through the Main Casino Entrance only
  • Casino occupancy will be limited to 50%
  • Casino hours 10am - 2am daily
  • ID checks, temperature checks, and self-provided face masks are required to enter the building

PRECAUTIONS

  • All hard surfaces and frequent touchpoints will continue to be thoroughly disinfected
  • Additional sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the casino floor for your convenience
  • You will find more slot carousels and smaller banks than any other casino in the state, thus allowing more distance between each guest for a comfortable gaming experience
  • Our walkways average 6 – 9 feet to easily accommodate the necessary distancing between guests
  • We have clearly marked areas throughout the casino where our guests’ queue with floor decals 6 feet apart, for your safety and convenience

GENERAL INFO

  • Now 100% smoke-free, including vaping and e-cigarettes
  • Areas will be provided outside to smoke
  • Guests should bring their own mask that covers the nose and mouth - required to enter the property
  • Reorganized the casino floor by removing 50 percent of the slot machines to enhance social distancing and traffic flow throughout the property
  • Only 4 individuals will be permitted in the Gift Shop at a time
  • Bus Groups have been postponed for the foreseeable future

PROMOTIONS

  • Prime Time (seniors promotions) will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays
  • 2x's Points on Tuesdays will continue
  • Only current free play offers will be honored

 GAMING

  • Main casino operation hours 10am - 2am 7-days a week.
  • Slots will open, we removed a lot of machines on the floor to ensure 6ft
  • Table Games will open with limited seating, 3 seats per table, reduced hours and some restrictions during play.
  • Keno/Pull Tabs will not be available during the initial opening
  • Restrooms on the 2nd floor in the banquet hallway will remain closed

DINING & BARS

  • The North End Bar located near the Water's Edge Cafe is open at 2pm | Wednesday - Sunday
  • Water’s Edge Cafe is open at 11am
  • Starlight Lounge is open at 11am for food and regular bar service
  • Lobby Espresso is open 8am - 2pm
  • The Squaxin Island Seafood Bar open 4pm - 10pm
  • Island Grille open 4pm - 9pm
  • Skookum Spirit Lounge will not be open
  • Creekside Buffet is closed

HOTEL

  • Contactless service
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols
  • Guests & Employees will wear masks
  • No cash transactions
  • Two adults plus children max per room
  • All guest names must be provided at check-in
  • No visitors to guest rooms, hotel tower or the lobby
  • No stay over housekeeping service
  • Room deliveries will be left at guest room door
  • Elevator use limited to 1 rider per car or 4 people from the same household
  • Spa, valet and bell services are temporarily suspended
  • Pool is temporarily closed
  • Fitness room limited to 1 guest or 4 same household by reservations only (30-minute limit)
  • Coffee will not be available in-room, inquire at the Resort Front Desk
  • All in-room surfaces will be sanitized daily
  • Common area surfaces are sanitized continuously

Reopening FAQ's

If I have an expired slot ticket can I cash it out?

Slot tickets may be cashed-out if they are dated after February 17th 2020. Any tickets dated before this date would have been expired prior to our shut-down. Considering the circumstances a slot supervisor may be able to review your ticket and provide more information.

If I was not able to play and earn points toward my tier status will I be downgraded in July?

No. All Player’s club members will remain in their tier levels for the remainder of 2020. Upgrades will take place beginning one month after reopening and will continue until December. The next re-qualification will take place in January 2021.

If I had a birthday offer from March that I was not able to use will I be able to transfer that to another venue now that you aren’t opening the buffet?

The buffet offer will be replaced with free play at the Players Club after they verify the offer that was previously on the account. You will want to visit that desk for eligibility as this is only valid for offers that had been sent out during the month of March.

Will you continue to run the promotions that I earned entry tickets for in March?

No. We will begin new promotions and entries earned on slots the week of the shut-down will be manually entered for any promotion in the month of re-open upon guest request and per the accrual rules of the March feature promotion (Lucky Loot).

What if I purchased tickets for the Spinners concert that was scheduled in April?

All transactions that were made with a credit/debit card have been returned to your account. You should contact your financial institution to inquire if you have not seen this process. If you
